About The Cookies & Shop Policies

SweetAmbs® Cookies are made by hand from start to finish by Amber Spiegel, world-renowned cookie artist and graduate of The Culinary Institute of America. These edible artworks are flavored with a delicious blend of orange zest, vanilla bean, and cardamom and decorated with vanilla royal icing. 

The cookies measure 3-4" depending on the design. Prices range from $10 to $18+ per cookie. They are individually wrapped in a clear cello bag and heat sealed then placed into a gift box. They will stay fresh for up to 4 weeks at room temperature. 

SweetAmbs® Cookies are decorated by hand and may vary slightly from the photos.

Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your cookies. Since the cookies are made to order, they are non-refundable. 

If you would like to place a custom order for an event, contact us at least 3 months in advance. A 50% deposit is required to reserve a date for a custom order. The deposit is refundable up to one month before the date of the event. The balance is due one week before the cookies are shipped. 

Shipping is free within the United States. Orders are shipped via UPS ground, FedEx, USPS Priority Mail, or Priority Mail Express International depending on your location and when you need the cookies to arrive. You will receive a tracking number once the package has been shipped. We are not responsible for lost packages or packages held in customs. International orders may be subject to import tariffs.

SweetAmbs® Cookies are made in a licensed food processing establishment located at 28 Janet Street Kingston, NY 12401.

Ingredients: Unbleached wheat flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin (vitamin B12), reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), folic acid), sugar, unsalted butter, agave syrup, eggs, milk, cardamom, vanilla bean, orange zest, baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch), salt, icing (confectioners sugar (cane sugar, corn starch), water, meringue powder (corn starch, egg white, sugar, gum arabic, calcium sulfate, citric acid, cream of tartar, silicon dioxide, artificial flavor), vanilla extract (vanilla bean extractives, distilled water, alcohol)), artificial color (may contain one or more of the following: FD&C Yellow #5, Red #3, Blue #1, Yellow #6, Red #40, Blue #2).

Processed on equipment that comes into contact with peanuts and tree nuts.
